Vos missions

Ce sur quoi vous allez travailler

**Acquérir de nouveaux / nouvelles psychologues**:

- Identifier et contacter des psychologues potentiel(le)s pour le recrutement.
- Mener des appels et des entretiens avec des psychologues potentiel(le)s.
- Faciliter le processus d'intégration des nouveaux / nouvelles psychologues dans notre plateforme.

**Gestion de la communauté des psychologues**:

- Favoriser une communauté solidaire et engagée parmi nos psychologues.
- Organiser des réunions régulières, des ateliers et des événements pour la communauté.
- Aborder les préoccupations ou problèmes soulevés par les psychologues et fournir du soutien.

**Assurer une expérience client(e) exceptionnelle**:

- Superviser la localisation des annonces sur les médias sociaux, du contenu du site web et d'autres supports marketing.
- Maintenir et superviser des traductions de haute qualité, en veillant à une grammaire, une orthographe et une tonalité de voix précises.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour optimiser les messages afin d'avoir un impact maximal.

**Développement commercial**:

- Explorer les opportunités potentielles B2B et établir des partenariats avec des organisations pertinentes.
- S'engager de manière proactive dans des discussions avec les compagnies d'assurance pour initier des partenariats.
- Présenter nos services et négocier des termes favorables pour étendre notre base de clients.

**Service client(e)**:

- Fournir un soutien client(e) rapide et efficace tant aux psychologues qu'aux client(e)s.
- Traiter les demandes, les préoccupations et les problèmes soulevés par les psychologues et les client(e)s en temps opportun.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de support pour améliorer continuellement les processus de service client.

Vos compétences

Ce que vous apportez à l'aventure
- Capacité avérée à travailler de manière indépendante, à prendre des initiatives et à obtenir des résultats dans un environnement de démarrage dynamique.
- Une expérience antérieure dans le développement commercial ou la gestion de compte dans le domaine de la santé mentale ou des soins de santé est préférable.
- Maîtrise du français, courant en anglais et bonne compréhension de l'allemand est requis, car vous serez responsable de superviser la traduction de l'allemand (ou de l'anglais) vers le français.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de développer des relations solides avec les psychologues, les clients et les partenaires potentiels.
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion de projet, avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches et de gérer simultanément plusieurs responsabilités.
- Connaissance du paysage de la santé mentale en Romandie et familiarité avec les réglementations locales en matière de santé et les systèmes d'assurance est un avantage.
- Passion pour la santé mentale et un engagement sincère à améliorer l'accès à des services de santé mentale de qualité.
