Ce que vous pouvez faire bouger.
- Vous êtes le premier contact lors de dérangements techniques sur le réseau CFF (Energie, digital, ferroviaire) que vous surveillez 24/24h tous les jours de l'année depuis le centre d'exploitation.
- Avec des outils de travail modernes et dynamiques, vous fournissez les informations sur l'état du réseau. Lors de perturbations techniques, vous identifiez et analysez les alarmes et évènements et documentez ceux-ci dans les différents systèmes.
- Vous mobilisez, coordonnez et assistez les techniciens en intervention afin de réduire au maximum les répercussions pour nos clients.
- Au sein des CFF, vous informez sur les évènements et dérangements techniques actuels.
- Vous contrôlez le respect des Service Level Agreement (SLA), collaborez activement à générer les propositions d'amélioration et créez ainsi une valeur ajoutée pour nos clients.

- Excellente aptitude à la communication, capacité à travailler sous pression, compréhension rapide des situations et capacité à s'imposer.
- Orientation clientèle affirmée et méthodologie de travail axé sur la recherche de solutions.
- Vous travaillez de manière indépendante et efficiente et êtes disposé au travail irrégulier, de nuit et le week-end.
- Vous avez accompli une formation technique de préférence dans les domaines ferroviaires tels qu'électriques, digitaux ou de télécommunications. Une expérience dans un centre d'exploitation, ou dans un centre de gestion opérationnelle d'une entreprise de transports ferroviaires est un plus.
- De langue maternelle française et une très bonne connaissance d'une deuxième langue nationale, vous êtes également disposé à les apprendre. Vous êtes également disposé à effectuer des stages ou remplacements dans les autres régions.
