Job Description
- Superintendence of the Works;
- Contractual Management, claim determination
- Preparation of budget estimate,
- Approval and following up of the Construction Schedule;
- Liaison with the Client and holding progress meetings and various meetings with the Contractor;
- Monitoring and documentation progress and of technical or contractual issues;
- Identification of the need for support missions to the site for technical issues from Head Office;
- Approving the execution drawings;
- Management of the site team and report to the Project Manager;
- Approval of the Monthly Interim Payment Certificate

Qualifications
- Civil / Geotechnical Engineer
- Strong experience in contract management
- 15 years of experience is recommended
- Fluent in English
