As the trusted service provider leader in Switzerland, SwissSign provides a wide range of trust services, from widely deployed technologies such as certificates and digital signatures to emerging concepts such as Self Sovereign Identity (SSI). As part of the delivery team, it will be up to you to understand which solution fits best customer requirements, propose implementation concepts, execute them, coordinate efforts with our development team, and ensure delivery quality and time constraints. As Customer Success Engineer, you have a mix of both technical and human skills allowing you to perform a unique blend of human interactions and tech support. You will be a keystone on which a customer can rely to lead its project to success. This starts from pre-sales activities to understand customer needs to the implementation for a successful go-live. Your task will continue long after the go-live as you will be the key contact for any further support, requirements, or business analysis.

You will join a small but fast-growing team that serves our customers mainly in Switzerland but with international connections. Very active in the financial industries, you will evolve in a highly regulated context for demanding customers where your sense of initiative and result-oriented mindset would make the difference.


Responsibilities:

An overview of your tasks:

  1. Technical presales activities along with the sales team (meetings and RFP)
  2. Project management and consulting
  3. On-prem architecture definition
  4. Manage product installation, support, and maintenance
  5. Translation of business needs to technical features with product managers
  6. Work to improve and promote customer retention
