In this role You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency and quality. Oversee process design, evaluate systems and suggest improvements for cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and productivity. Collaborate across teams to develop innovative solutions and support product development from conception to production. Start Date: 01/01/2026 Duration: 12 Months Place of Work: Visp Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement manufacturing and process systems to improve operational efficiency. Oversee process improvement projects, ensuring safe and effective process execution. Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Develop and prototype new process solutions, testing and refining as needed. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure process alignment with product development goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Support cost reduction initiatives and sustainability efforts within manufacturing processes. Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in process engineering or related fields. Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and manufacturing systems. Proficiency in developing and testing process prototypes. Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to manufacturing.
