Manufacturing Line Specialist (m/f/d) Start: ASAP Contract: Temporary - 1 year Role Overview As a Manufacturing Line Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical and logistical execution of production campaigns in a bioconjugate manufacturing facility. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team and actively contribute to project groups focused on investments and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Participate in the planning and engineering phases of projects to ensure technical specifications are met and production campaigns run successfully. Provide organizational and technical oversight of production campaigns, ensuring operational continuity and safety, including outside normal working hours. Prepare cGMP-compliant documentation in collaboration with the equipment team leader, R&D, and production biotechnologists. Deliver technical instructions and production-specific training for operators during campaigns. Monitor strict adherence to operating procedures and manufacturing protocols, intervening in case of deviations. Support information exchange and communication within the operations team. Drive continuous improvement of equipment, workflows, and processes (6S, Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN) while ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards. Your Profile Completed technical education or training (apprenticeship, advanced technical certification, Bachelor, or Master’s degree). Ideally, experience in production environments for chemical or biotechnological products, or in the food industry. Initial exposure to ISO and/or GMP manufacturing environments is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and affinity for electronic systems and applications. Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
