- Collecter des données, assurer la liaison et la coordination technique avec les fournisseurs de données et les partenaires du RVT;
- Gérer le suivi du traitement des données et la gestion des flux d'information entre l'entrepôt de données du RVT et le logiciel d'enregistrement des tumeurs;
- Contrôler la qualité des données;
- Rédiger, réviser et maintenir les procédures et la documentation technique du RVT;
- Participer au développement et l’amélioration des outils et des processus liés à la gestion des données du RVT.
- Participer à l'analyse des données pour produire des statistiques sur l'incidence, la prévalence, la survie et les tendances des cancers dans les cantons de Vaud, Neuchâtel et Jura;
- Réaliser des extractions périodiques des bases de données du RVT et du Registre neuchâtelois et jurassien des tumeurs (RNJT);
- Gérer les droits d'accès des personnes intervenant sur la base du registre et des projets en cours;
- Veiller à la traçabilité des interventions sur la base de données.
- Participer et échanger sur la gestion, le traitement des données et les évolutions en cours avec les autres registres cantonaux des tumeurs ainsi que l'Organe national d'enregistrement du cancer (ONEC).
- Titulaire d'un Master en data science, bioinformatique, data management ou autre domaine équivalent;
- 5 ans d'expérience au minimum en data management et programmation;
- Maîtrise du data management (big data) et des différents langages tels que Stata, mySQL et R. Des connaissances de Machine learning, Python et Grafana seraient un atout;
- Maîtrise des langues française, anglaise et allemande, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Autonomie, discrétion et flexibilité;
- Sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe.
