Senior Clinical Data Manager - Contractor 8 Months

Debiopharm, a Swiss biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Data Manager to join our Biometry organization in Lausanne. As a key member of our clinical study team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timelines of data management activities for assigned clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage timelines for multiple clinical studies or development programs.
  • Coordinate/perform Clinical Data Management (CDM) activities, including electronic Case Report Form design, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system set up, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare/review data management plans, data validation plans, and other study-specific procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure ongoing and timely data capture and data cleaning activities, including external data sources.
  • Provide data management support to clinical study teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Scientific or technical education background, ideally university level.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical data management, with strong experience using several EDC systems and related tools and technologies.
  • Experience leading data management studies and teams to deliver quality databases that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Good planning, organizational, and communications skills.
  • Ability to effectively work and collaborate in a complex matrix organization.
