Deine Verantwortung
  • Tägliche Serviceanfragen bearbeiten: Du übernimmst den First-Level-Support und bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Serviceanfragen, die du über das Ticketsystem bearbeitest.
  • Komplexe Anfragen weitergeben: Wenn Anfragen nicht sofort gelöst werden können, leitest du sie an den Second-Level-Support weiter.
  • IT-Hardware einrichten: Du kümmerst dich um die Beschaffung und Einrichtung von Laptops, Desktops und Druckern und sorgst so dafür, dass die Technik immer einsatzbereit ist.
  • Serverräume und Gerätelager betreuen: Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege und Organisation von Serverräumen und IT-Gerätelagern vor Ort.
  • Konferenzraumausstattung warten: Du sorgst für die Wartung und Unterstützung der lokalen Konferenzraumausstattung.
  • Externe Partner koordinieren: Du bist zuständig für die Koordination von Drittanbietern, die Vor-Ort-Support leisten.
  • Cybersecurity-Aufgaben unterstützen: Du bist bei der Durchführung von Patching und der Behebung von Malware-Vorfällen aktiv und hilfst dabei, die Systeme sicher zu halten.
  • Fehlerbehebung bei Servern und Netzwerken: Du bist bei der Fehlerbehebung von lokalen Servern sowie bei WLAN/LAN/WAN-Netzwerken mit involviert.
  • Unterstützung globaler IT-Teams: Als Remote Eyes & Hands stehst du globalen IT-Teams bei technischen Herausforderungen zur Seite.
  • Mitgestaltung der Unternehmensarchitektur: Du hilfst dabei, Standards zu definieren und trägst so zur Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensarchitektur bei.
Deine Skills
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Erfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Erfahrung im IT-Bereich.
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support: Du bringst Erfahrung im IT-Support mit, sowohl im 1st als auch im 2nd-Level.
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerken: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerken und ein solides Verständnis von Cybersicherheit.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie: Du kannst dich kommunikativ gut ausdrücken und bringst Empathie in den Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen ein.
  • Fokus auf Dienstleistung: Deine Arbeitsweise ist stets dienstleistungsorientiert, du bist lösungsorientiert und kundenfokussiert.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift.
