We are no longer a typical start-up - we have established ourselves in the industry without losing our dynamism, team spirit and flat hierarchies. Best of all, from May 2025 we will be working in our brand new office and showroom in The Circle.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation and development of innovative office plans: Your creative ideas are in demand.
  • Preparation of calculations and quotations: Learn to present facts and figures in an appealing way for our customers.
  • Conducting consultations with customers: We will accompany you until you are able to conduct competent and individual consultations on your own.
  • Support of the project management: Work closely with experienced colleagues on larger projects and carry out smaller projects independently.
  • Maintaining and supporting the existing customer network and expanding existing customer relationships: Good relationships are the key to success.
  • Preparation of tenders: Contribute to getting to the heart of our projects and implementing them.
Your Profile:
  • Experience: Ideally, you have a degree in facility management, interior design or a comparable qualification and have already gained some experience in workplace management and office planning. Even more important, however, is your interest in developing yourself further in these areas.
  • CAD knowledge: Planner, Auto-CAD or Vectorworks are familiar to you or you are ready to familiarize yourself with them - we will be happy to support you.
  • Planning and building standards: Knowledge of Swiss guidelines and standards in the planning and construction sector is an advantage.
  • Change Management and New Work: First points of contact in these areas are a plus.
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Working method: You work independently, think in a networked way and take a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Interest: You are enthusiastic about the furniture industry, workplace topics and interior design and have a good sense of aesthetics.
