Tasks
**Mentorship and Learning**: Work closely with and be mentored by our Head of Compliance Consulting, gaining invaluable insights and experience.
**Quality Management Systems**: Assist in writing and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS) for our cannabis cultivation clients.
**Process Documentation**: Support the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
**Process Improvement**: Contribute to the enhancement of templates and processes by making informed suggestions and improvements.
**AI Integration**: Explore and propose ways to incorporate AI into our offerings to stay ahead of industry trends.
**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**: A strong foundation in quality management, process management, or compliance.
**Relevant Experience**: Initial experience with QMS, ISO 9001, Global GAP, GACP, or EU-GMP standards is highly desirable.
**Industry Interest**: A keen interest in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, or agricultural sectors.
**Language Skills**: Fluent in both English and German, as most of our clients are German-speaking.
**Location Flexibility**: Ideally, you are located near our Zurich office, but remote work is also an option.
