We are looking for a Sales Administration and Logistics Export Specialist with dynamism, expertise in logistics management, and team spirit to grow with us.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the entire sales administration process, from order to invoicing.
  • Oversee transport operations and ensure optimization of costs and timelines.
  • Follow up clients’ requests and ensure customer satisfaction through effective order and delivery management.
  • Ensure compliance with customs documentation and procedures.
  • Manage stock levels and implement procurement strategies.
  • Prepare sale forecasts to anticipate stock needs.
  • Participate in our ongoing efforts to improve our environmental responsibility.

What We’re Looking For In Our Next Manager:

  • Degree in logistics, Supply Chain management, or Business administration.
  • Significant experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and transport practices.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with inventory management tools.
  • Team spirit, meticulousness, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and quickly operational.
  • Comfortable with ERP (Business Central Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • English and French - other languages are a plus.
