Company DescriptionWellness Tourism Europe (WTE) is an online platform dedicated to promoting wellness tourism across Europe. Our goal is to inspire and empower a global audience to explore Europe as the ultimate destination for holistic escapes. From industry insights to retreat recommendations, we provide essential information for transformative journeys.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Co-Founder at Wellness Tourism Europe. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, developing partnerships, managing operations, and driving growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, securing partnership and B2B sales across the European market, and managing internal communications with stakeholders.
The company is headquartered in France but operates throughout the European region. Our upcoming goal is to secure capital investment. You will be tasked with collaborating for financial approval before taking the company's development across the European market in collaboration with the other Co-Founders through securing B2B regional partnerships.
About You- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for turning vision into reality.
- You have a proven track record in leading GTM strategies and business development efforts.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Management, or a Master in Management (MIM); Master in Business Administration (MBA), MSc. in Strategic or International Management.
- Experience in the wellness or tourism industry or willing to undertake training.
- Experience in a B2B2C environment would be preferred but is not essential.
