Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our Global Inbound Transportation Excellence team as an Inbound Transportation Excellence Lead. This role reports to the Senior Lead, Inbound Control Tower and Continuous Improvement and will be responsible for leading key initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement and increase the efficiency of inbound transport operations. You will play a key part in the development and management of dashboards, processes, and projects to improve visibility, optimize performance, reduce costs, and decrease complexity within our transportation network. Responsibilities Key driver of Inbound Control Tower and strategic improvement initiatives within the Global Inbound Transportation team. Translate high-level vision into actionable projects that enhance operational efficiency and visibility. Drive proactive risk management and issue resolution. Implement standardized processes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for control tower performance. Lead cross-functional incident management and escalation processes, ensuring timely communication and coordinated responses to disruptions. Work to drive proactive identification, analysis, and resolution of supply chain disruptions, exceptions, and bottlenecks. Qualifications A degree in business, economics, logistics, supply chain, or information systems, or operations. 7+ years of professional experience in global transport operations, preference for backgrounds in apparel/fashion or freight forwarding/carrier industries. Extensive knowledge and operational experience across all modes of transport, including airfreight, sea freight, truck, and courier services. Strong analytical, structured, and data-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel mandatory, and ideal experience using InforNexus, PowerQuery, and macros. Excellent English language proficiency. Ability to act as team player who is resourceful, high self-management, critical thinking skills, and a drive to perform. passion to work with international team and thrive in cross-cultural and dynamic environment.
