Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit als Customer Service Manager.
Aufgaben
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Customer Service Teams
- Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservices und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
- Analyse und Auswertung von Servicekennzahlen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Optimierung der Kundenprozesse
- Beschwerde- und Eskalationsmanagement
Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Customer Service oder Management
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Kommunikative, problemlösungsorientierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
