Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit als Customer Service Manager.

Aufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Customer Service Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservices und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
  • Analyse und Auswertung von Servicekennzahlen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Optimierung der Kundenprozesse
  • Beschwerde- und Eskalationsmanagement

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Customer Service oder Management
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Kommunikative, problemlösungsorientierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
