Du bist Teil einer neuen agilen Struktur und wirst aktiv an der Transformation der Schweizer General Medicine Business Unit teilnehmen. Deine Aufgabe ist es, das Marketing und Customer Engagement zu unterstützen.

Das Marketing ist verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung des Produktportfolios und für die operative Produktpositionierung. Daneben ist die Planung und Umsetzung einer gesamtheitlichen Kommunikations- und Aktivitätenstrategie gemeinsam mit dem Aussendienst Team ein fester Baustein des Marketings.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzipierung der marketingstrategischen Auftritte der Produkte und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Marketing dazu operative Marketingmaßnahmen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing bei der Schulung und Training der Aussendienstmitarbeiter und sorgst für eine konsistente Umsetzung der Maßnahmen durch entsprechende Analyse der Marktsituation.
  • Datenverwaltung in Systemen zur Abwicklung von Bestellungen und Planung von Veranstaltungen.
  • Pflege des Bestellsystems für Aussendienst-Promotionsmaterial.
  • Vertragsmanagement (Einpflege und Freigabekoordination abteilungsspezifischer Verträge).
  • Weisungsgebundene, aber selbstverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Projekten.
  • Erstellung, Einleitung und Begleitung von Werbemittelfreigabe-Prozessen.

Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung:

  • Erste Erfahrung (Praktikum oder ähnlich) im Marketingbereich oder Projektmanagement wünschenswert.

Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten:

  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln.
  • Lösungsorientiert, mit starker Umsetzungs- und Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office.

Ausbildung:

  • Studium idealerweise der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Studiengänge.

Sprachen:

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gutes Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil.
  • Du wohnst in der Schweiz.
  • Arbeitspensum: zu besprechen. Idealerweise 40 Stunden/Woche. Bitte im Anschreiben die Stundenanzahl angeben.
  • Standort: Vernier (Genf) oder Rotkreuz und Home-Office.
  • Startdatum ab 01.11.2024 (oder zu vereinbaren) für 12 Monate.
  • Praktikum mit Vergütung.
