- You will provide administrative support to Account Managers on an international and national level, ensuring efficient operations of the department according to our policies and local requirements.**Reporting to the FIB Sales Director for Europe, your main responsibilities will be**:

- **Sales Assistance**:

- Support with administrative work
- Participate in the pricing process for Sales Managers' negotiations (preparation, implementation, verification of price lists, etc), ensuring deadlines are respected
- Complete negotiation files for Sales Managers with data required for negotiations
- Complete customer RFQs with data requested by customers
- Create multiple sales reports needed for our sales tools
- Ensure accurate information is updated in SAP
- **Communication**:

- Respond precisely and promptly to specific customer requests (sampling, regulatory documents, technical product details, etc)
- Communicate on product updates to customers as and when information is shared internally
- Share information with, or gather information from, team members
- Good collaboration and team spirit is important
- **Other tasks**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and ordering new supplies
- Participate in training and guiding the apprentice
- Other admin or clerical tasks (events, travel bookings, etc)

**You?**
- High School diploma or Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years' experience in sales administration, ideally in a B2B environment
- Fluent French and English
- Excellent multi-tasking and computer skills (including MS Office suite, Google Mail and SAP)
- Demonstrate ability to produce and work with complex Excel workbooks (functions, pivot tables, etc.)
