At Lombard Odier, a leading global bank with a rich history of innovation, we are seeking an experienced Digital Product Strategist to join our Technology & Operations (T&O) department.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the delivery of our proprietary banking technology platform, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of applicative solutions for various business divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a product vision and roadmap aligning with our organization's strategic direction.
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog, ensuring product maintenance for stability and sustainability.
  • Participate in project estimation costs based on business requirements.
  • Oversee test strategy definition, execution, and automation to ensure high product quality.
  • Act as third-level support for effective incident management, resource mobilization, team coordination, and status reporting.
  • Resolve IT-related risks, audits, and problem management action items in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in managing application and digital solution delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a product owner, project manager, or similar role with successful delivery on various scope and complexity.
  • Agile project management certifications desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with stakeholders, experts, and external parties in English.
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Business and technical knowledge of existing best-in-class banking CRM applications a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and agile software development methodologies.
