Dein Team und deine Mission Zur Unterstützung des Chief of Staffs suchen wir eine motivierte und vielseitige Persönlichkeit als Project Manager & Business diese spannenden Rolle arbeitest du an gruppenweiten Projekten unterstützt die Strategieentwicklung und trägst zur Umsetzung von Initiativen mit hoher Sichtbarkeit bei. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Business Units Corporate Functions sowie externen Beratern zusammen und erhältst direkten Einblick in strategische Entscheidungsprozesse und Projekte auf Executive-Level. Zudem wirkst du an Initiativen mit die das Wachstum und die Innovationskraft der Wüest Partner Gruppe prägen und kannst dich dabei fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln eine hervorragende Chance deine Karriere auf das nächste Level zu heben. Dein Aufgabengebiet Projektmanagement & PMO : Unterstützung bei Planung Koordination und Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen; eigenständige Leitung von Projekten bzw. Projektstreams (inkl. M&A und Post-Merger-Integration); Dokumentation Task-Tracking und Weiterentwicklung eines schlanken PMO-Frameworks Strategie & Business Analysis : Mitwirkung bei der Strategieentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung Verwaltungsrat (BoD) und externen Beratern; Durchführung von Analysen Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Mitarbeit an strategischen Empfehlungen Governance Reporting & Präsentationen : Erstellung prägnanter Projekt- und Portfolio-Updates sowie Präsentationen für Geschäftsleitung Verwaltungsrat und Business Unit Management Business Development Support : Mitwirkung an Business Cases und Präsentationen für interne und externe Projekte Qualifications : Dein Profil Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftoder einem verwandten Fachbereich; ein MBA wäre von Vorteil Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Unternehmensberatung Projektmanagement oder Business Development Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent; Fähigkeit komplexe Aufgaben effizient zu priorisieren und lösungsorientiert umzusetzen Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Leadership; sicheres Auftreten in bereichsübergreifenden Teams sowie im Umgang mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Wir bieten dir Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen mit variablem Vergütungsanteil Flexibles Work Smart-Konzept mit Home Office-Möglichkeit Erfrischende professionelle und kollegiale Unternehmenskultur mit tollen Events (Unternehmensfeiern Gipfeli-Pausen etc.) Hoher Teamspirit flache Hierarchien und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben Schöner Arbeitsplatz im Zentrum von Zürich mit moderner Infrastruktur Grosszügiges Weiterbildungsbudget inkl.
