Operations Assistant Multi Family Office – 80%-100% We are seeking a highly organized individual to execute critical operational tasks, maintain regulatory compliance documentation, and manage key administrative duties. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to: Assist the Head of Operations in maintaining GIP's robust framework. Prepare and review regulatory documentation as required and support audit yearly preparation. Draft and update internal operational policies and procedures (SOPs) across various functions (e.g., HR, IT, Administration). Support process mapping and standardization initiatives to enhance clarity, efficiency and control. Execute defined operational projects. Provide comprehensive calendar management for management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing time zones. Handle diverse operational and administrative tasks, including HR administration support. Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring smooth logistics and execution. Oversee client engagement. Your Profile Passionate about your work and dedicated to contributing to the operational success of our firm. Eager to expand your knowledge in compliance, operations, and automation to enhance your skills and develop in your role. Prior experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a regulated financial institution (e.g., Asset Management, Banking). Exceptional organizational skills, a process-driven approach, and strong attention to detail. Understanding of the importance of regulation, confidentiality, and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.
