Do you want to take your career to the next level learning new things every day? You proactively go the extra mile, take ownership, and make things happen? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? We are looking for a Client Account Manager to:
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist with due diligence and monitoring activities
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- keep accurate and up-to-date client documentation related to risk, compliance and regulations
Your team
You will be working in a Wealth Management Eastern Europe team in Zurich. Our combined efforts help to manage the wealth of our clients, to protect the bank as well as the client through strong partnership. Your expertise
- banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship e.g. JUNA etc.)
- unyielding attention to detail
- team player that remains calm also when working under pressure
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands
- knowledge of working tools and processes
- comprehensive knowledge and affinity in legal, risk and compliance topics is an asset
- fluent in spoken and written English, Russian and German is an asset
