Junior DevOps/ Software Developer (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and maintenance of Continuous Integration (CI)/ Continuous Delivery (CD) and DevOps pipelines for PLC automation software and web technology stacks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for developing DevOps processes and tools to support CI/CD.
  • Continuous development and maintenance of Python-based app backend with Django and PostgreSQL.
  • Develop and deploy standalone software tools (preferably Python-based) to support PLC software lifecycle management.
  • Documentation of software, including challenges encountered and solutions designed.
Skills, Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated project-backed experience in at least one of the following areas: CI/CD administration, software development for web (Python), or DevOps administration (Azure).
  • Knowledge of CODESYS based automation software is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of clean code, code quality, and test coverage practices is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
