Global Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial performance analysis to the Executive Board on Revenue, EBITDA, and Free Cash Flow.
  • Create, maintain, and develop standard reporting package by market and by product.
  • Consolidate and coordinate data collection across markets and perform variance analysis by market and by product during reporting cycles (Forecast, Budget, Business Plan).
  • Assess and validate market financial results, delivering financial recommendations to leaders.
  • Drive innovation with critical thinking to streamline and develop internal processes.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling; experience in FP&A, Controlling Department, or in a Big4 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and how to perform a financial performance analysis.
  • Experience in delivering financial reports in a multinational environment for Month-End Close, Forecasts, Budgets.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel is required); experience in reporting software (e.g., Essbase, HFM, Cognos, TM1) is a plus; knowledge of coding (VBA, Python) is a plus.
