Connect 44 is hiring for an Administrator/Admin Specialist to join the team in Lausanne.

Connect 44 is hiring for an Administrator/Admin Specialist to join the team based in Lausanne.
The role requires Chinese and French speakers with an administration background.
This is a permanent opportunity.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Perform extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc.
  2. Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and develop the optimization plan to increase satisfaction from internal clients.
  3. Act as the “IFM representative” in the Lausanne office, closely working with the local team to manage local office IFM from internal and external compliance perspectives.
  4. Internal meeting/event planning.
  5. Design effective internal communication and manage the admin official account on social media platforms.
  6. Collaborate with other team members on business-related projects.
  7. Provide additional support in close collaboration with the team during peak season.

Profile

  1. 3+ years’ experience as an administrator or admin assistant.
  2. Degree in business administration or a related subject.
  3. Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  4. Service-oriented and confident personality.
  5. Creative thinking.
  6. Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
  7. Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills.
  8. Strong ability to learn, self-management skills, and the ability to work independently.
  9. High flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks, being target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  10. Ability to work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced organization.
  11. Fluency in Chinese – oral and written.
  12. Fluency in English and French.
