Our client is a large and international legal organisation.
Job Description
Your main missions will be:
- Assist lawyers and directors in all secretarial tasks
- Follow-up of client files
- Organise appointments, meetings and sessions
- Prepare and write legal correspondence
- Take minutes of meetings and appointments
- Invoicing
- Archiving
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a secretary
- CFC or equivalent certificate or diploma
- English proficiency and French fluent (or advanced), and Spanish a plus
- Great adaptation and ability to handle simultaneous requests
- Great writing skills and rigour
- Autonomy and hands-on, and also working as a team and collaborative mindset
