Vous gérerez votre propre centre de profit et développerez continuellement de nouvelles relations clients. Vous serez également responsable du recrutement de nouveaux employés et de la gestion de votre propre équipe de consultants.

Vos missions

1- Gestion du processus de développement commercial/ business development

  • Sourcing et recherche de clients potentiels
  • Définition de la stratégie commerciale
  • Prospection, organisation et conduite de réunions commerciales avec les décideurs clés de l'industrie
  • Négociation des contrats

2 - Gestion du processus d'acquisition de talents

  • Sourcing de candidats
  • Définition de la stratégie de recrutement
  • Prospection, organisation et conduite des premiers et seconds entretiens avec les futurs consultants titulaires d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou PhD
  • Validation et closing des candidats
  • Participation à la signature de contrats de travail

3 - Gestion d'une équipe de consultants

  • Gestion des plans de carrière
  • Gestion des talents
  • Gestion de votre Business Unit
Vos compétences
  • Diplômé(e) d'un Master en Business Management, Economie ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur, ou encore d'un diplôme de pharmacien
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
  • Expérience professionnelle de 0.5 à 3 ans, y compris stages et apprentissages
  • Grand intérêt pour le développement commercial, l'entrepreneuriat et l'ingénierie
  • Excellent niveau de communication et haut niveau d'énergie
  • Permis de conduire B
  • Nationalité européenne ou suisse, ou permis de travail suisse valide

Poste en présentiel à Lausanne avec un jour de télétravail par semaine.
