As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. Key Responsibilities• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, reviewing, and filing.• Oversee correspondence and communication with clients and counterparties.• Maintain and organize filing and document management systems.• Schedule and book meetings, events, and appointments.• Handle calendar and agenda management for team members.• Perform personal assistant duties to founder. Candidate ProfileLanguages:• Proficiency in English (C1 or better) and French (C1 or better) is mandatory.• German is a valuable plus but not required. Experience:• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant or personal assistant.• Proven ability to handle formal communication with fiscal or other authorities. Skills:• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Teams.• Strong organizational and time management abilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Employment Details• Full-time employment: 40 hours per week.• Standard 3-month trial period followed by an open-ended contract (CDI).• Work location: Fully remote, but should come into our office (Chemin des Coquelicots,16 - Vernier) twice a week for mail check-up, organization and scanning. jidf5bf8aca jit1249a jiy25a
