Financial Close Manager - IT, Financial Services this is a long term contract opportunity to join our Switzerland based client in the Financial Services sector. Your tasks: Own, develop, maintain, and refine the detailed financial close calendar. Act as the operational lead during the close window, tracking progress against the plan. Conduct post-close reviews to analyse performance and propose improvements. Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, & Actuaries. Ensure the close process controls are operated in a robust manner and compliant to governance standards. Your experience/knowledge: Proven operations expertise in a complex environment involving IT and financial closing. Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills. Higher education in a related field. Language skills: English - fluent Your soft skills: Highly proactive with strong organisational discipline. Calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
