Per 1. März 2025 suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Teams einen Front Office Agent (w/m/d)

Wir sind ein stilvolles Boutique-Aparthotel im pulsierenden Zürich, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Oerlikon und in der Nähe des Flughafens. Unseren Gästen bieten wir in 140 Suiten in behaglicher Wohnatmosphäre sowie einem gemütlichen öffentlichen Wohnzimmer mit Bibliothek, einer authentischen, italienischen Restauration und einem Spa- und Fitnessbereich ein Zuhause auf Zeit.

Diese Aufgaben & Kompetenzen erwarten dich bei uns:
  • Check-in und Check-out unserer internationalen Gäste mittels Buchungssystem StayNtouch
  • Annahme sowie Bearbeitung der schriftlichen und telefonischen Reservationen
  • Sicherstellung der Gästezufriedenheit durch eine zuvorkommende Gästebetreuung auf konstant hohem Niveau
  • Mithilfe bei der Bearbeitung der Rechnungskontrolle inkl. Versand und das Verbuchen
  • Erledigung diverser administrativen Aufgaben
  • Arbeitszeiten zwischen Montag und Sonntag in verschiedenen Schichten zwischen 06.00 & 23.30 Uhr

Diese Stärken & Fähigkeiten wünschen wir uns von dir:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie sowie Berufserfahrung als Front Office Agent
  • Sehr gute mündliche sowie schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Französisch von Vorteil)
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Du begeisterst unsere Gäste mit deiner dienstleistungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • und Passion für die Hotellerie
  • Persönlich überzeugst du uns sowie unsere Gäste mit deiner kommunikativen,
  • herzlichen sowie aufgestellten Wesensart
  • Du bist zuverlässig, ein humorvoller Teamplayer & übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Du willst über Dich hinauswachsen und hast Freude, Neues zu lernen
