Senior Investment Manager / Investment Director Single Family Office (SFO)

 

Unser Single Family Office

  • befindet sich im Aufbau und hat den Sitz in Baar, ZG
  • investiert langfristig, unternehmerisch und direkt, d.h. nicht über Fonds oder Drittanbieter, in kotierte Aktien und Anleihen, in Firmenbeteiligungen (PE-/VC-Minderheiten) und in Immobilien

 

Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Mitaufbau des Single Family Office
  • Entwicklung von Anlageideen und aktive Mitarbeit bei Investitionen und Unternehmens-Transaktionen
  • Mitgestaltung sowie teilweise Leitung des gesamten Investitionsprozesses (Sourcing, Analyse, Durchführung und Begleitung von Investitionen und Beteiligungen)
  • Entwicklung einer robusten finanziellen und strategischen Analyse inklusive Aufbau von Bewertungsmodellierung (insbesondere LBO, DCF und vergleichbare Multiplikatoren) und Marktanalysen
  • Selbständige Durchführung aller Due Diligence-Arbeiten (für privat gehaltene und börsenkotierte Unternehmen) inklusive kommerzieller, finanzieller, rechtlicher, buchhalterischer und weiterer Aspekte (z.B. Governance, HR, ESG)
  • Begleitung, Überwachung und Follow-up Analysen bestehender Investitionen
  • Erstellung von Unterlagen für das Investment Committee und den Verwaltungsrat

 

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss Bachelorstudium oder Masterstudium in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einer technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studienrichtung mit zusätzlicher betriebs- oder finanzwirtschaftlicher Ausbildung (z.B. EMBA/MBA, CFA)
  • Rund 5 bis 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung, mehrheitlich in relevanten Bereichen (Single Family Office, Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Management Consulting oder "Big 4" Wirtschaftsprüfer)
  • Spezifische Berufserfahrung im Private Equity-Investitionsprozess und/oder in vertiefter Aktienanalyse
  • Branchenkenntnisse mit vertieftem Verständnis von Vorteil (z.B. Industrie, Technologie, Software, Gesundheitswesen, Energie)
  • Perfektes Deutsch sowie fliessendes Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) unabdingbar. Weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrener Anwender von Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie idealerweise auch von Finanzinformationssystemen (z.B. FactSet, S&P CapitalIQ) und neuen Technologien (z.B. in AI, SW/HW)
