Sophos Hotels est une entreprise de développement et management d'hôtels passionnée par l'excellence hôtelière et engagée à offrir à ses clients une expertise reconnue sur le marché européen, Asie centrale, Turquie, Afrique du Nord et Moyen-Orient. Dans le cadre de notre croissance continue, nous recherchons pour superviser nos opérations avec expertise un.e :

CONTRAT : CDI, 100%, entrée en fonction à convenir, basé à Lausanne

RESPONSABILITES :

En tant que Senior Operations Director, vous serez au cœur de notre succès en assurant les tâches suivantes :

- Support opérationnel sur les ouvertures et reprises d'hôtels : Vous serez responsable de piloter le processus d'ouverture ou de reprise de nouveaux établissements, garantissant une transition fluide et une intégration réussie dans notre réseau.
- Suivi opérationnel de plusieurs établissements : Vous superviserez activement les opérations de plusieurs établissements, veillant à ce que nos normes de qualité et de service soient constamment surpassées ;
- Contrôle de qualité : Vous mettrez en place des processus rigoureux de contrôle de la qualité pour assurer une expérience client irréprochable dans tous nos établissements ;
- Analyse, statistiques et budgétisation :Vous utiliserez des données pour prendre des décisions éclairées, optimisant les performances opérationnelles et budgétaires de nos hôtels ;
- Intégration des marques, formation du personnel : Vous veillerez à ce que notre personnel soit formé aux normes les plus élevées de l'industrie et que nos marques soient intégrées de manière transparente dans chaque aspect de nos opérations ;
- Développement de concept et suivi de projets : Vous participerez activement au développement de nouveaux concepts et vous assurerez que les projets soient menés à bien dans les délais et selon les normes établies ;
- Audit financier, analyse de performance : Vous serez responsable de l'audit financier de nos établissements et vous utiliserez des analyses approfondies pour optimiser leur performance opérationnelle.
- Expérience internationale dans le secteur hôtelier, avec au minimum 5 ans d'expérience opérationnelle en tant que directeur d'hôtel ;
- Connaissances du marché suisse souhaitées ;
- Expérience chaîne hôtelière internationale serait un plus ;
- Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel et PowerPoint ;
- Solide connaissance de la comptabilité (Bilan et PP) et du système USALI ;
- Esprit analytique aiguisé, aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à prendre des décisions stratégiques ;
- Maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais, avec la connaissance du français comme avantage supplémentaire.
