  • Die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung sowohl nationaler als auch internationaler Märkte mit dem Ziel, Umsatz- und Marktanteile zu steigern, gehört zu den Hauptaufgaben. Dabei analysieren Sie Marktpotenziale und entwickeln gezielte, messbare Verkaufsstrategien.
  • Sie leiten das Verkaufsteam vor Ort und fördern dessen Weiterentwicklung durch gezieltes Coaching, Motivation und Training.
  • Die Planung, Koordination und Führung von Verkaufsreisen, zur Stärkung der Kundenbeziehungen und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, gehört zu Ihren Stärken.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Leading Hotels of the World und anderen globalen Partnern und Netzwerken ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil Ihrer Rolle.
  • Sie repräsentieren das Hotel auf Messen, betreuen Fam Trips in St. Moritz und führen Site Inspections durch, um potenziellen Kunden ein authentisches Erlebnis des Hotels zu bieten.
  • Sie wirken aktiv an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung des strategischen Marketingplans mit, um die Positionierung des Hotels auf dem Markt zu optimieren.
  • Sie unterstützen den Director of Sales & Marketing in der Führung des Teams, die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-, PR und Event Team ist für Sie bereichernd.

Ihr Profil

Für diese sehr abwechslungsreiche Position bringen Sie idealerweise folgendes mit:

  • Sie verfügen über einen praktischen und theoretischen Background im Sales.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der 5* Hotellerie sind uns wichtig, idealerweise mehr.
  • Sie verfügen über ein vorhandenes Netzwerk in verschiedenen Märkten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss, Italienisch und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Verkaufsfähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und Markttrends.
  • Sie arbeiten teamorientiert, sind pro-aktiv, mit der Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch in einem dynamischen Teamumfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten.
  • Gewinnendes Auftreten mit ausgezeichneten Umgangsformen zeichnen Sie aus.
