Key Responsibilities

As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Regenhu, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our bioprinting machines and increase our market share.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Personally driving sales activities from lead generation to deal closure, including team management and operational structuring.
  • Developing and executing the strategic sales and go-to-market plan.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including managing Key Accounts and strategic collaborations.
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team, ensuring consistent use of tools and methods.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals and managing the CRM database to track client interactions.
  • Optimizing sales processes and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with R&D, Operations, and Management for integrated efforts and alignment.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and conferences and overseeing the creation of marketing materials.
  • Conducting market analysis and developing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to align with product offerings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MS/BS degree, preferably in business, sales, or a technical field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in international technical B2B sales, preferably with components, laboratory equipment, or devices.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Track record of managing a small commercial team.
  • Strong negotiating skills at all hierarchical levels.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Hands-on Sales Manager, with a collaborative, structured, and accountable approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
