Als Mitglied eines motivierten und innovativen Teams im Bereich der Erwerbsersatzordnung (EO) werden Sie ein Akteur der digitalen Transformation indem Sie an der Umstellung auf elektronische EO-Anmeldungen mitwirken (im Rahmen des nationalen Programmes «EO-Digitalisierung»). Wir bieten Ihnen Ausbildungsmöglichkeit und Teilnahme an den Entscheidungsprozessen im Gebiet einer Kernaufgabe der ersten Säule.

Ihre Aufgaben

Mitwirkung an der Einrichtung des künftigen Portals für die Bearbeitung von EO-Anmeldungen (EO-Portal): Neue Arbeitsprozesse einführen und aktive Beteiligung an Testkampagnen mit künftigen Nutzerinnen und Nutzern Verwaltung von EO-Portal und EO-Register: Verfügbarkeit und Funktionsfähigkeit der Systeme überwachen, Kontrollprozesse beaufsichtigen, Berichtigungen bei den betroffenen Behörden anfordern und Anpassungen aufgrund von Gesetzesänderungen und Optimierungen umsetzten Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben im Zusammenhang mit den Inhalten des künftigen EO-Portals und des EO-Registers leiten Beratung und Unterstützung auf Deutsch und Französisch, per Telefon und E-Mail, sowohl für die Benutzer/innen des EO-Registers als auch für zukünftige Nutzer/innen des EO-Portals.

Ihr Profil

Berufsmaturität oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kundenorientierung Gründliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamgeist Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Tools und neuen digitalen Technologien Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache; sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus Erfahrungen im Bereich AHV, IV und EO und/oder im Kundensupport sind ein Plus
