Responsabilités principales :

  • Appliquer et comprendre les réglementations Finsa/Finso, effectuer des vérifications et des contrôles au niveau du département.
  • Responsable de la première ligne de contrôle des instructions des clients, des transactions, des transferts, et des demandes d'informations, en assurant leur exactitude, leur exécution en temps opportun et leur enregistrement correct.
  • Supporter le banquier privé et l'équipe d'assistants avec toute documentation relative aux clients et à la conformité.
  • Assurer le soutien et le remplacement du bureau des assistants de banque privée durant les absences, y compris pour les dépôts, la gestion de la trésorerie, les opérations sur titres, les transferts de fonds et les paiements de factures.
  • Gérer diverses tâches administratives et répondre à des demandes ad hoc.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme suisse CFC en commerce ou en banque (un diplôme supérieur dans un domaine pertinent est un plus).
  • Connaissance des règles d'engagement FinSa et Finso (EO, conseil, gestion discrétionnaire, adéquation, pertinence).
  • Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en tant qu'assistant de banque privée.
  • Solide connaissance des outils Microsoft; la connaissance de S2i est un véritable atout.
  • Excellente attention aux détails, rigueur et organisation (à démontrer par des exemples concrets).
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, avec de bonnes compétences de communication, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Compétences techniques actives nécessaires pour faciliter la préparation réelle de la documentation juridique.
