Le/la candidat/e viendra renforcer notre équipe d'expert du Client Lifecycle Management rattaché au COO Office au sein de la Banque Privée,

Plus exactement, le/la candidate rejoindra l'équipe « Changement de Circonstances » et assura un traitement End-to-End de tout type de changement réglementaire mais également la mise en place de nouveaux services proposés par notre Maison.

Il/elle sera tenu de veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires et internes en matière de CDB, FATCA, CRS, Suitability, Tax Compliance & KYC Délegation en tant que première ligne de défense.

CLM Change of Circumstances Officer

Votre Mission :

  • Analyse de la documentation liée aux mutations complexes des données de la clientèle et de leurs comptes.
  • Contrôle de l'application des règles en matière de diligence (CDB), des aspects fiscaux (FATCA, CRS, TVA, droit de timbre...), de la politique d'affaires de la Banque et des directives internes.
  • Effectue les recherches de « Name Screening » à travers LexisNexis, Pythagoras , etc.
  • Codification et validation des mutations dans les systèmes de la Banque.
  • Assure le suivi des dossiers en cours de régularisation avec les chargés de relation, compliance et autres équipes impliquées.
  • Conseil aux équipes de gestion sur toutes les questions liées aux aspects matériels et formels des changements de circonstances de comptes.
  • Partage son expérience avec les autres membres de l'équipe.

Votre Profil :

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine.
  • Formation universitaire et/ou certification reconnue dans le domaine de la compliance (un atout).
  • Très bonnes connaissances de la CDB, LBA, FATCA, CRS, Suitability
  • Orienté solution.
  • Sensibilité aux risques inhérents à la fonction.
  • Faire preuve d'engagement, flexibilité, adaptabilité et entregent.
  • Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l'anglais, une autre langue (un atout).
  • Aptitudes pluridisciplinaires et organisationnelles.
  • Esprit d'équipe prononcé, capacité à développer et de solliciter divers départements, de partager l'information, de communiquer.
  • Domicile en Suisse.
