The candidate will join our Client Lifecycle Management team under the COO Office in our Private Bank. Specifically, they will be part of the 'Change of Circumstances' team, responsible for end-to-end processing of all types of regulatory changes and the implementation of new services offered by our Firm.

They will ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements regarding CDD, FATCA, CRS, Suitability, Tax Compliance & KYC Delegation as the first line of defense.

CLM Change of Circumstances Officer

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze documentation related to complex mutations of client data and accounts.
  • Monitor the application of diligence rules (CDD), tax aspects (FATCA, CRS, VAT, stamp duty, etc.), Bank's business policy, and internal guidelines.
  • Conduct 'Name Screening' searches through LexisNexis, Pythagoras, etc.
  • Code and validate mutations in the Bank's systems.
  • Follow up on pending regularization cases with relationship managers, compliance, and other involved teams.
  • Provide advice to management teams on all material and formal aspects of account changes.
  • Share experiences with other team members.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
  • University education and/or recognized certification in compliance (an asset).
  • Excellent knowledge of CDD, AML, FATCA, CRS, Suitability.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Awareness of inherent risks in the role.
  • Demonstrate commitment, flexibility, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written French and English, another language (an asset).
  • Multidisciplinary and organizational skills.
  • Strong team spirit, ability to engage with and involve various departments, share information, and communicate effectively.
  • Resident in Switzerland.
