Maître dans l'Art de la Fusion, dans le respect de la tradition et de la vision créative du XXIème siècle, Hublot, maison horlogère suisse, porte l'innovation au cœur de sa stratégie de croissance. Basé à Nyon (Suisse) au sein de notre équipe Service Après-Ventes et sous la responsabilité du After-Sales Customer Service Manager, nous recherchons un(e) :

Customer After-Sales Service Administrator (H/F)

Les missions qui vous seront confiées sont les suivantes :

Gérer les commandes de pièces détachées pour les clients nationaux et internationaux.

Assurer le suivi des délais de livraison.

Préparer les commandes et émettre les factures correspondantes.

Participer aux inventaires mensuels.

Analyser et optimiser les niveaux de stocks des filiales.

Réaliser des rapports et effectuer des analyses pour améliorer les processus.

Profil

Expérience commerciale préalable dans un rôle similaire souhaitée.

Maîtrise courante du français, de l'anglais et de l'allemand.

Connaissances appréciées dans le domaine horloger.

Fort sens du service client et des relations interpersonnelles.

Capacité à communiquer de manière efficace et à faire preuve de diplomatie.

Aptitude à travailler en collaboration avec divers départements de l'entreprise.

Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
