Zur professionellen Abwicklung der HR-Prozesse und intelligenten Verarbeitung von HR-Dokumenten bietet SPS zuverlässige Lösungen auf Basis neuester Technologien für Payroll-Prozesse, Reisekosten Management und Verarbeitung von Personaldaten. Das Serviceangebot unserer "Payroll Factory" reicht weit über die Gehaltsabrechnung hinaus, bis hin zur vollständigen Übernahme von HR-Prozessen, optimal an individuelle Anforderungen angepasst.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Akquisition von Neukunden, sowie Ausbau des Managed Payroll Services mit bestehenden und Neukunden (New & Add-On Business).
  • Aufbau und Management einer sichtbaren Pipeline.
  • Abschluss von "Big Deals" und Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Winrate.
  • Aufbau und Pflege von belastbaren Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Erarbeitung einer überzeugenden Value Proposition und eines erfolgreichen Offerings für die zugewiesenen Kunden.
Dein Profil
  • Du bist eine abschlussstarke Verkaufspersönlichkeit und kannst Dich sowohl auf C-Level als auch auf mittleren Management Ebene gekonnt bewegen
  • Du verstehst die Herausforderungen, wie auch die relevanten HR-Payroll-Prozesse bei Grosskunden, um diese mit dem Mehrwert der "Managed Payroll Services" von SPS zu überzeugen.
  • Du hast vertieftes Wissen im SAP-Umfeld und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Umsetzung von Payroll-Lösungen
  • Systematisch-methodisches Vorgehen, hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Kreativität, Unternehmerisches Handeln, ein hohes Mass an Eigenmotivation sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist ein «Plus».
