Customer Service Representative - Bâle Aéroport %
Vos tâches:
  • Vous accueillez les clients et les aidez à choisir le véhicule qui leur convient.
  • Vous vous occupez avec eux des formalités de location et les conseillez sur nos services complémentaires.
  • De plus, vous planifiez les réservations, organisez la mise à disposition des véhicules et vous vous occupez de la reprise des véhicules.

Vous souhaitez laisser au client un souvenir positif de son séjour en Suisse et de l'excellence du service au comptoir Hertz?

Votre profil:
  • Vous aimez le contact avec la clientèle et une ambiance animée.
  • Vous placez le service et la satisfaction du client au centre de votre acitivé.
  • En plus de votre expérience professionnelle dans le service à la clientèle ou dans une fonction de vente, vous pouvez également très bien communiquer en anglais et bien en allemand.
  • Vous êtes en possession du permis de conduire depuis plus d'un an.
  • Vous gérez les situations agitées avec une amabilité et un calme constants.
  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique et avez l'habitude de travailler de manière autonome.

En tant que collaborateur flexible, les horaires de travail irréguliers (y compris le week-end) vous conviennent.
