Customer Solution Engineer

Your mission Are you a passionate (Senior) Customer Solution Engineer ready to elevate our products to new heights? As an integral part of the Customer Experience function, your mandate is to lay the groundwork for a cross-functional, efficient customer solution workflow. You'll collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering and Customer Service teams to achieve this goal.
In this role you will
  • Explore and draft scalable customer integrations and solutions.
  • Review and resolve Level-2 customer requests and complaints.
  • Engage directly with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with our Product & Engineering team to address Level-3 requests and complaints.
  • Offer constructive feedback to our Product & Engineering team.
  • Expand our repository for internal and external knowledge sharing.
What you need to be successful
  • Over 2 years of experience as a Customer Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager or similar role, preferably within the SaaS domain.
  • Proficiency in investigating and debugging customer complaints.
  • A good understanding of SQL databases and other data stores.
  • A good understanding of RESTful APIs with demonstrated ability to script effectively using them.
  • Experience working with cloud-native systems and SAML is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
