Customer Service Specialist

In this role you will
- Assist customers with diverse inquiries and requests.
- Champion product value by delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Evaluate and address customer complaints and concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our product and technical account management teams to resolve complex issues.
- Aid in configuring and customising customer systems to suit their requirements.
- Foster knowledge sharing both internally and externally.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to advance deskbird's values and vision.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B customer service/support role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Ability to quickly establish trust with B2B customers, engaging in conversations centered on delivering business value.
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and empathy, consistently prioritising customer requirements.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities, with a preference for pragmatic solutions and a positive demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with senior management.
- Native-level fluency in German is essential, accompanied by excellent proficiency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
