Our company is looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist who is passionate about selling our IaaS Cloud solutions, especially in Romandy. The ideal candidate (f/m/d) will have outstanding communication skills in both French and English. You will be responsible for the holistic processing of leads and the acquisition of new customers. You will work closely with our pre-sales and marketing teams.
What you do:
- Sales responsibility: Take over the sales placement of our comprehensive product, service and solution portfolio with IaaS customers. Use upselling strategies to expand the existing customer base.
- Lead generation: Use a wide range of lead generation mechanisms (online and offline) to identify potential new customers and organize face-to-face meetings when potential is identified.
- Collaboration with specialist departments: Work closely with specialist departments to identify exact needs in customer projects. This requires close coordination and communication with internal teams.
- Market and customer analysis: Conduct industry-specific market and customer analysis and prepare customer and project information to make data-driven decisions.
- Trade show participation: Represent our company at trade shows and make valuable contacts in the industry.
- Experience in selling modern technologies and concepts, such as IaaS cloud solutions, PaaS, Kubernetes, DevOps, etc.
- Industry focus in software/SaaS desirable.
- Experience in online sales.
- Existing network and sales experience with customers in Switzerland, especially Romandy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, independent way of working and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and attend trade fairs.
- Very good written and spoken French and English skills are required.
- Flexible working hours and working from home.
- Autonomous working conditions with a lot of freedom to create.
