  • Developing and executing on a corporate communication strategy that aligns with Jungbunzlauer goals, purpose and values and that strengthens and clarifies our position as an employer, commercial partner and public voice
  • Creating engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, corporate announcements, internal stories, executive speeches, and social media
  • Developing and implementing employee communication initiatives to foster a positive internal culture, engage employees, and promote understanding of Jungbunzlauer goals and objectives
  • Finding, guiding and mentoring communication agents in the organization who can help you get your stories out with even more effect
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage and manage any potential crises or issues.
  • Setting up a spokesperson program ensuring the best representation of Jungbunzlauer interests and values to the media, stakeholders, and the public
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including marketing, human resources, sustainability and legal, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across communication efforts
  • Measuring the effectiveness of communication initiatives over time and make data-driven improvements.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to continually enhance Jungbunzlauer's communication capabilities
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to the Management Committee, highlighting key communication achievements, and recommendations
Your profile
  • Deep experience as Communications lead and solid business understanding preferably from a company of comparable size and complexity with a heavy presence in both the EU and the US
  • Master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and inspire people around you
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and platforms
  • Ability to drive effective change communication and strategy communication efforts
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies across various channels, including digital and social media
  • Demonstrate a global mindset and a distinct multicultural sensitivity and effectiveness
  • Familiarity with industry-standard communication tools, software, and analytics platforms
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken - German and/or French would be a plus
