Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (m/w/d)
Möchtest du innovative Lösungen formen, Prozesse analysieren und Anforderungen präzise umsetzen?Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung von mindestens drei Jahren im Requirements Engineering, Business Engineering oder IT Business Analyse – vorzugsweise aus der Finanzbranche mit.
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Erhebung, Dokumentation und Modellierung von Anforderungen, Erstellung von technischen Konzepten (Epic, User Story, Use Case, UML) und im Testing.
  • Du hast starke analytische Skills und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, um Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Spezifikationen zu konvertieren.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in agilen Projekten (z.B. Scrum, SAFe) gesammelt.
  • Du suchst die Herausforderung in der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Du tritts professionell und kundenorientiert auf.
  • Du bist ein kommunikativer, motivierter, selbstständiger Teamplayer mit einer Hands-on Mentalität.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Jira / Confluence und bringst ein technisches Verständnis mit.
