Tasks

As a Digital Analyst, you play a crucial role in revolutionizing the travel experience for clients of the Lufthansa Group. Your main goal is to provide clear insights to the teams, guiding them toward optimal solutions based on real data to shape the future of digitally enhanced travel.

  • Act as the primary contact for Customer Data Platform (CDP) inquiries and assist in identifying and resolving solution gaps
  • Build and enhance targeted audiences in the CDP
  • Develop and manage data collection architecture, reports, metrics, and analyses for various teams, collaborating to find enhancements
  • Analyze various data types to identify patterns and trends that will enhance the customer experience
  • Share analysis results through dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements
  • Troubleshoot emerging issues with data pipelines, databases, and reports
  • Effectively communicate findings with different stakeholders
  • Contribute to an international team in a diverse environment

Requirements

Besides your educational and professional background, this role demands the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams with a variety of stakeholders in a global setting. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, and the position involves frequent travel across Europe.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Digital Analyst (with a focus on marketing tech)
  • Proficiency in utilizing a customer data platform (e.g., Adobe CDP, Tealium Audience Stream, Twilio Segment, mParticle)
  • Familiarity with front-end web and mobile technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SDKs)
  • Experience in digital data collection, Firebase, and tag management systems
  • Knowledge of AB testing, personalization, and data activation is advantageous
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL), reporting tools (Tableau), cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), and analytical tools (Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Proficiency in script languages is beneficial
  • Drive to master handling unstructured data and large datasets without intimidation
  • Excellent command of the English language
