Was du bewegst
  • Als Business Analyst beurteilst und analysierst du unsere Geschäftsprozesse im Konsumkredit- und Leasingbereich
  • Du begleitest die Entwicklung und Implementierung von digitalen Lösungen zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Value Stream Kollegen aus dem Marketing sowie der IT erarbeitest du massgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kundschaft
  • Du arbeitest in einem multidisziplinären Team im Aktivgeschäft und trägst zusammen mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen Mitverantwortung unserer Kundschaft einen herausragenden Service zu bieten
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die von dir erarbeiteten Lösungen während des gesamten Lebenszyklus
Was du mitbringst
  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Berufserfahrung: 4 Jahre Zahlungsverkehr, Bankfach, Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Das Konsumkredit- oder Leasinggeschäft kennst du aus deiner Tätigkeit aus den vergangenen Jahren in der Tiefe
  • Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie methodisches Know-how in agilen Arbeitsmethoden und kannst Anforderungen und Ideen systematisch strukturieren und in Lösungskonzepte überführen
  • Du verfügst über fundierte bankfachliche Kenntnisse, stehst für eine transparente und kollegiale Arbeitsweise und brennst dafür, das Kreditgeschäft weiterzubringen
  • Du bringst proaktiv Ideen ein und trägst somit zur stetigen Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses bei
  • Du interessierst dich für technische Zusammenhänge und kannst diese mit unseren Softwareentwicklungspartnern diskutieren
  • Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
  • Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
