Was Sie bewegen- Du betreust und begleitest unserer Kundschaft im gesamten Trainingsablauf, erstellst Trainingspläne und motivierst unsere Kund*innen als exzellenter Dienstleister
- Du unterstützt den Betriebsleiter bei der Sicherstellung der personellen und betrieblichen Abläufe
- Du stellst die Sauberkeit und Hygiene innerhalb des Studios sicher
- Du akquirierst aktiv zukünftige Kunden*innen, erstellst Verträge und übernimmst diverse administrative Arbeiten
- Du setzt die Unternehmensstrategie um und repräsentierst das Unternehmen gegen innen und aussen
- Du hast ein verkäuferisches Flair sowie eine hohe Service- und Beratungskompetenz
- Du bist flexibel und arbeitest gerne abends sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
- Du verfügst über ein überdurchschnittliches Dienstleistungsverständnis und hast eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit
- Du bist loyal und gehst als Vorbild für deine Mitarbeitenden und unsere Kundschaft voran
