Job Description

Dans ce poste vous serez responsable de développer et maintenir une culture basée sur les responsabilités individuelles, l'amélioration continue et le respect des procédures et processus organisationnels.

Complementary Description

Piloter des projets d'amélioration continue sur différentes thématiques, y compris techniques

Assurer le support Qualité aux équipes de projet et opérationnelles

Piloter le processus de changement en interne

Evaluer les potentiels d'améliorations par le suivi et la mise en place des indicateurs nécessaires (powerBi)

Piloter la mise en place de l'amélioration du Système de Management de la Qualité (réalisation des audits internes, assurer le support aux pilotes de processus)

Piloter la disposition des documents su Système de Management de la

Qualité et l'archivage

Accompagner les audits externes et participer à la préparation

Assurer la conformité du système Qualité à la norme ISO 9001 et aux exigences spécifiques des clients

Assurer le support pour la résolution des constats d'audits internes et externes

Assurer la veille réglementaire REACH, RoHS et le support aux déclarations CE

Job Requirements

Vous avez une excellente communication, avec une force de conviction et un esprit positif, qui permet de fédérer les équipes autour des projets dont vous avez la charge et qui valorisent la Politique de management Qualité au sein de l'entreprise

Vous avez le sens de l'observation, l'esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, une grande rigueur

Vous êtes très organisé(e), autonome, flexible, responsable, fiable et orienté(e) solution

Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 à 5 ans avec une première expérience réussie, incluant des réalisations durables dans un environnement de fabrication de haute technologie, avec des antécédents démontrés spécifiquement dans les systèmes de gestion de qualité

Vous avez un diplôme d'ingénieur scientifique ou discipline technique équivalente en électronique

Vous êtes expert(e) en pilotage de projets d'amélioration continue

Vous avez des connaissances sur les réglementations en lien avec REACH, RoHS et déclaration CE.

Vous êtes capable de travailler en français et en anglais (minimum B2)

Vous avez des connaissances sur les outils Microsoft, notamment Teams, PowerBi
