The Program Management Officer Finance Platform plays a crucial role within Julius Baer Group, situated in the Finance Change & Platform department.

YOUR TASKS
  • Lead the FC&P Program Management Office, supporting program leads in governance, planning, reporting, and steering of initiatives
  • Manage program reporting for stakeholders and decision-making bodies, covering costs, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure financial planning, controlling, and reporting of programs and projects, acting as the primary contact for central controlling
  • Conduct budget planning, efficient cost control, and reporting of programs and projects
  • Support Demand and Capacity management for Core Finance overall, including capacity planning of program resources
  • Coordinate internal communication with program stakeholders and decision-making bodies in alignment with the change manager
  • Organize and prepare program and project meetings and decision-making bodies
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the Central PMO in all supported programs/projects
  • Ensure adherence to project standards as per Baer Delivery Framework across all programs and projects under your responsibility
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience in Finance, Finance technology, and change management within the financial services industry, ideally in Wealth Management or Investment Banking, with exposure to innovation & transformation topics
  • Proven track record in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in an international setting
  • Proficient in project and program management with hands-on experience in agile methodology and tools; SAFe certification is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic and agile mindset with a passion for change
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks with a structured approach
  • Accurate and fast working methods, especially in analysis and report preparation
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, taking a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential, additional languages such as German are a bonus
